Personal data is all personal and factual information on an identifiable person. These include the name, address, postal address, phone number, IP address and e-mail.

Cookies are small files that allow the storage of information specific to the terminal device used (PC, smartphone etc.) on that very device. They serve both websites’ user-friendliness and thus you (e.g. storage of log-in data) and a capture of statistical data on the use of the website in order to analyse them for the purpose of improving the website.

If you do not want to make use of cookies’ advantages, you can adjust your browser settings to prevent their installation. This, however, will reduce the website’s functionality. Please consult your browser’s help section for more information.

Contact form

You can also use the website without providing personal data, at which point non-personal access information will be stored. But we do ask for your name, first name and other personal information in our contact form, for example. Submitted contact forms are stored on a protected web server. We only collect information on your identity if you have voluntarily provided it and only use it for processing your request.

Online application form

We collect and use personal information to process applications for advertised jobs or unsolicited applications. By sending us your application, you consent to our storage, processing and use of your data for the purpose of processing your application pursuant to the GDPR. If you send us an unsolicited application, your data may be passed on to our HR staff so that they can check if there is a vacancy for you.

We assume that you will allow us to contact you in the course of the application process, using the data you have submitted, e.g. your phone number and e-mail address. The personal information you submit in our online application form are stored on the tool UNATRIX provided by YooniQ Solutions GmbH. This information is also treated with the utmost confidentiality.

When processing your application, it may become necessary to pass on your data to (potential) clients, should this be required for any kind of cooperation. This is done anonymously and your identity cannot be inferred from such information.

The data in your application (covering letter, references, CV etc.) will be stored for 24 months and then deleted. Before the end of this lead-time, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail asking you whether we may keep your data.

If you no longer agree with the storage of your personal data or these have become outdated, we will delete, correct or block them according to your specification and as laid down by law

For technical reasons, during a visit to a page the user or customer’s browser will automatically send data to the web server. This includes the name of the Internet service provider, the computer’s IP address, the referrer and/or the name of the requested file. This data is stored separately from the data entered when using the website and only for IT security purposes. After 7 days, IP addresses will be anonymised and used for statistical analysis. We can thus find out, for example, in what region users have called up our website. Your identity cannot be inferred.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will usually be transmitted to and stored by Google on a server in the USA. If IP anonymisation is activated on this website, however, Google will truncate your IP address within the member states of the European Union or in other states which are party to the Agreement of the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and Internet usage to the website operator. Google will not associate the IP address transmitted by your browser, as part of Google Analytics, with any other data held by Google.

You can prevent cookies from being saved by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case it is possible that you will not be able to use all the functions of this website. Additionally, you can prevent Google from recording or processing the data created by the cookie that relates to your use of the website (incl. your IP address).
